2 oz CCD Gin
.75 lemon
.75 honey syrup
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.

2 oz WooWoo Vodka
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz lemon simple
1 spoon of blueberry
Shake and pour into wine glass and top with club soda.

2 oz CCD Vodka
.25 oz Campari
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients and strain into coupe then top with champagne. Garnish with grapefruit twist.

Muddle Blueberries
2 oz CCD Vodka
1 oz Blueberry Simple
.25 oz Lemon Juice
Shake and strain into martini glass.

1.5 oz CCD Straight Rye
1 oz Campari
1 oz Carpano Vermouth
2 drops Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into chilled coupe, garnish with orange twist.

2 oz CCD Straight Rye
1 oz Amaro
1 drops Orange Bitters
1 drops Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into chilled coupe, garnish with cherry.

2 oz CCD Straight Bourbon
.25 oz lime juice
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 oz egg white
Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

2 oz. CCD Straight Bourbon
.5 Gran Marnier
.5 Cream Sherry
.25 simple syrup
1 whole egg
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass.

2 oz. CCD Straight Bourbon
2 dashes peach bitters
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Peach Juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into coupe, top with champagne.

1.5 oz WooWoo Vodka
1 oz Godiva
1 oz Creme-De-Cacao
.5 oz half-and-half
Shake and pour into martini glass and top with chocolate shavings

1 oz CCD Gin
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz lemon juice
2 dashes absinthe
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.

1 oz CCD Straight Bourbon

1 oz Lillet Rose
1 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz simple
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.

2 oz WooWoo Vodka
1 oz cranberry
1 oz orange Juice
.5 oz Peach Schnaps
.5 oz lemon simple
Shake and strain into coupe glass.

2.5 oz CCD Straight Bourbon
1 oz simple syrup
Muddle 3 strips ginger with simple. Add 2 lemon wedges and 2 orange slices then muddle again. Add bourbon and shake, then strain over ice into
rocks glass.

1 oz WooWoo Vodka
1.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz ;ime juice
1.5 oz cranberry juice
Build in Shaker. Shake and pour into martini glass and garnish with lime slice

2 oz rye
.25 oz Carpano Antica vermouth
.25 oz Grand Marnier
.25 oz Benedictine
1 dash Bittermens xocolatl mole bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an orange twist.

1.5 oz CCD Vodka
1.5 oz Espresso
1.5 oz Kahlua
Shake with coil and minimal ice, strain into martini glass.
Sprinkle espresso powder on top.

2 oz CCD Gin
1 oz St-Germain,
3 drops orange bitters
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.

2.5 oz Elderflower
.5 oz Lemon Simple
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Lemon Juice
Muddle Mont, Shake and top with Champagne
Shake  serve in Chilled Wine Glass

.5 oz Apple Brandy
1 bar-spoon Cinnamon Simple
2 drops Angosture Bitters
2 drops Aromatic Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into Martini glass garnish with Cherry

2 oz CCD Straight Bourbon
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into coupe then top with champagne.

2 oz CCD Vodka
1 oz Chambord
1 oz pineapple juice
1 barspoon seedless raspberry jam
Shake with ice and strain into martini glass, garnish with lemon twist.

1 oz CCD Gin
2 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz St. Germain
2 oz Grapefruit
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled coupe.

2 oz CCD Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into coupe then top with champagne.

2 oz CCD Pineapple Vodka
2 oz Passion Fruit
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Campari
.5 oz Lime Simple
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Shake  serve in Tom Collins Glass

2 oz Solera whiskey
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz simple syrup
1oz orange juice
.25 oz lime juice
Ginger beer Build in copper mug with ice then fill with ginger beer.

1 oz  Galliano
2 oz Creme De Caco
.5 oz CCD Vodka
1 oz Lite Cream

Shake with coil and minimal ice, strain into martini glass.
Garnish with  Coffee Grinds.

1 oz CCD Bourbon
1 oz CCD Straight Rye
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Peach Juice
1 barspoon mint simple syrup
Muddle mint and simple in rocks glass. Fill halfway with pebble ice, add bourbon, cognac, and peach juice then stir at least 10 seconds. Add more ice to fill glass and stir again. Garnish with mint.

1.5 oz CCD Straight Bourbon
.5 oz CCD Blackberry Moonshine
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
2 luxardo cherries
Half bar-spoon of Cherry Juice
Muddle cherries, cherry juice and mint in tins. Shake with ice and strain over ice into rocks glass.

1.5 oz CCD Red Rooster Gin
1.5 oz Carpano Antica vermouth
2 dashes Fernet-Branca
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz CCD Gin
1.5 oz Vanilla Simple
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Orgeat
Egg White
Shake  serve in Chilled Coupe

2 oz CCD Straight Bourbon
1 oz Agave
.75 oz Lemon Juice
Shake with ice then strain over ice into rocks glass. Garnish with lemon slice

1.5oz CCD Rye
.5 oz CCD Apple Pie Moonshine
.5 oz Apple Brandy
1 barspoon cinnamon demerara syrup
2 drops Angostura Bitters
2 drops Aromatic Bitters
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into martini glass and garnish with cherry.

3 oz CCD Bourbon
.75 oz lime juice
Main Root Ginger Beer
Crystallized ginger
Build in a copper mug, pack with ice and garnish lime slice and sprig of mint.

2 oz WooWoo vodka
1 oz lemon simple
1 oz lemon juice
Coat the rim of a coupe glass with sugar. Measure ingredients into shaker. Shake with ice and strain into coupe and garnish with an orange strip.

2 oz CCD Straight Bourbon
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Chambord
Stir with ice and strain into coupe.

.5 oz CCD Straight Rye
1 oz CCD Bourbon
.5 oz Campari
.25 oz Dry Vermouth
.5 oz Elderflower
1 drop Angostura Bitters
Stir and use chilled coupe

2 oz CCD Pineapple Vodka
.75 oz Simple Syrup
.75 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Guava Nectar
Shake and use chilled coupe

2 oz CCD Rye or Bourbon
.75 oz Carpano Vermouth
4 drops Angostura Bitters
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with cherry.

1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz CArpano Vermouth
Stir and use rocks glass garnish with orange peel

2 oz CCD Whiskey
.5 oz lemon simple
.25 oz lemon juice
1 bar-spoon Demerara Syrup
Muddle rosemary, lemon peel and demerara syrup in tin and use rocks glass.

2 oz CCD Vodka or CCD Gin
Whiff of dry vermouth
Shake and strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with olives on a pick or a lemon twist.
Note many variations of this cocktail make sure to read the order.

1.25 oz Lime Cordial Simple Syrup
Shake and use chilled coupe garnish with lime wheel

2 oz CCD Bourbon
.5 simple syrup mint
Muddle bourbon, mint, and simple in rocks glass. Fill halfway with pebble ice and stir at least 10 seconds. Add more ice to fill glass and stir again. Garnish with mint.

Muddle mint lime juice and simple in glass – add gin and top with ginger ale

2 oz CCD Bourbon
1.5 oz orange juice
1 oz lemon juice

Build in rocks glass and garnish with cherries and orange slice

2 oz CCD WooWoo Vodka
.75 oz Lychee Simple Syrup

Build in copper mug. Garnish with mint, lime wheel and ginger candie

1 barspoon demerara syrup
4 drops Orange Bitters
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Quickly strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with large rock, cherry and orange peel.

3/4 oz bourbon
3/4 oz amaro
3/4 oz aperol
3/4 oz lemon juice
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into Coupe glass and garnish with orange peel

2 oz CCD Gin
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz orgeat syrup
1 barspoon Greek yogurt
4 barspoons lemon curd
Shake with ice and double strain into coupe .

1.5 oz CCD Vodka
1 oz Lemon Simple
Lemon peel
Strawberries,
Basil
Club soda
Muddle Lemon Peel, Strawberries, Basil. Add other ingredients and shake then pour into collins glass and top with club soda.

1.5 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnaapps
2 oz orange juice 2 ounces cranberry juice
Coat the rim of a collins glass with sugar. Add ice and measure into the glass the vodka, schnapps and orange juice. Stir then float the cranberry juice on top.

1.5 oz CCD Gin
1 oz Chambord
1 oz Campari
3 raspberries
Muddle raspberries in stirring glass and add ingredients and ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with raspberry.

1.5 oz CCD Gin
1 oz lemon juice

club soda
Measure into glass over ice, stir, and add club soda.

2 CCD Rye Whiskey
.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 drops Peychaud’s Bitters
Stir and use rocks glass. Note coat glass with Absinthe

.75 oz simple syrup
club soda
Shake and pour into collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with orange slice and cherry.

Rime glass with Sexy Mary rimmer, use lime for help with the rimming. Add ice to Ton Collins glass. Pour Vodka and top off with bloody mary mix. Stir and garnish with lime wheel.

1.5 oz CCD Pepper infused Whiskey
.5 oz CCD Maple Whiskey
.5 oz Gran Marnier
.5 oz lemon Juice
1 bar-spoon Cinnamon Simple
2 drops Smoked Chili Bitters
Build in Swizzle glass with pebble ice

1.5 oz CCD Vodka
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz grapefruit lime simple
1 grapefruit slice
mint and basil
Club soda
Muddle grapefruit, 2 mint leaves, 3 basil leaves. Add other ingredients and shake then pour into tall glass and top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit slice.

1 oz Cointreau
1 oz CCD Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Half&Half
Combine in tins and Shake & Strain over ice. Garnish with  Coffee Grinds.

2 oz CCD Gin
1 oz CCD Vodka
.75 oz Lillet Blanc
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into martini glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Absinthe – enough to rinse glass
2 oz rye
.75 oz Carpano Antica vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Rinse a martini glass with absinthe. Measure rye and vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass. Stir and strain into the prepared glass.

1.5 oz CCD Rye Whiskey
1 oz red wine
.75 oz Cointreau
.5 Simple
.5 oz lime juice
3 dashes Xocolatl Mole bitters
Measure into tall glass and swizzle while adding pebble ice. Garnish with orange wheel.

Heavy Whipping Cream
Stir and use large rock with rocks glass. Note pur heavy whipping cream last as a topper. Don’t stir.
