Muddle Blueberries
2 oz CCD Vodka
1 oz Blueberry Simple
.25 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Lime Juice
Shake and strain into martini glass.

2 oz CCD Gin
.75 lemon
.75 honey syrup
Shake with ice and strain into coupe. Garnish with cherry.

2 oz CCD Vodka
.25 oz Campari
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
champagne
Shake all ingredients except champagne and strain into flute then top with champagne. Garnish with grapefruit twist.

1.5 oz CCD Straight Rye
1 oz Campari
1 oz Carpano Vermouth
2 drops Orange Bitters
Stir and use chilled coupe garnish with orange peel

.75 oz CCD Gin
.75 oz Cointreau
.75 oz Lillet Blanc
.75 oz lemon
2 dashes absinthe
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.

1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lillet Rose
1 oz Lemon
.75 simple
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.

2 oz CCD Bourbon
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 oz egg white
Dry shake and then shake with ice, pour into rocks glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

2 oz. CCD Bourbon
2 dashes peach bitters
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Peach Extreme
Sparkling wine to top off
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into coupe and top with champagne.

2 oz. CCD Bourbon
.5 Gran Marnier
.5 cream sherry
.25 simple
1 whole egg
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass.

2.5 oz CCD Bourbon
1 oz simple
Muddle 3 strips ginger, 3 lemon wedges, 3 orange slices, 3 orange
peel strips. Add bourbon and simple and shake. Pour into
rocks glass.

1.5 oz CCD Vodka
1.5 oz Espresso
1.5 oz Kahlua
Shake with coil, strain into martini glass.
Sprinkle espresso powder on top.

2 oz CCD Gin
1 oz St-Germain,
3 drops orange bitters
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.

1.75 oz CCD Straight Rye
.5 oz CCD Apple Moonshine
.5 oz Apple Brandy
1 bar-spoon Cinnamon Simple
2 drops Angosture Bitters
2 drops Aromatic Bitters
Stir and use chilled Martini glass garnish with Cherry

2 oz CCD Bourbon
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 simple syrup
champagne
Shake all ingredients except champagne and strain into flute then top with champagne.

2 oz CCD Vodka
1 oz Chambord
1 oz pineapple juice
1 barspoon seedless raspberry jam
Shake and strain into martini glass and garnish with olives on a pick or a lemon twist.

2 oz CCD Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 simple syrup
champagne
Shake all ingredients except champagne and strain into flute then top with champagne.

1 oz CCD Bourbon
1 oz CCD Rye
1 barspoon peach schnapps
2 barspoons Peach Extreme
1 barspoon simple syrup mint
Muddle bourbon, cognac, peach liqueur, mint, and simple in rocks glass. Fill halfway with pebble ice and stir at least 10 seconds. Add more ice to fill glass and stir again. Garnish with mint.

1.5 oz CCD Bourbon
.5 oz CCD Blackberry Moonshine
.75 oz Lemon Juice
3 bar-spoons of Cherry Juice
Muddle in tins cherries and mint. Shake and pour into rocks glass.

2 oz CCD Bourbon
1 oz Agavu
3/5 oz Lemon Juice
Stir and server in rock glass. Garnish with Orange slice

1.5oz CCD Rye
.5 oz CCD Apple Pie Moonshine
.5 oz Apple Brandy
1 barspoon cinnamon demerara syrup
2 drops Angostura Bitters
2 drops Aromatic Bitters
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into martini glass and garnish with cherry.

2 oz CCD Bourbon
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Chambord
Stir with ice and strain into coupe.

2 oz CCD Rye or Bourbon
1 barspoon demerara syrup
5 drops Orange Bitters
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

2 oz CCD Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz orgeat syrup
1 barspoon Greek yogurt
4 barspoons lemon curd
Shake with ice and double strain into coupe .

1.5 oz CCD Vodka
1 oz Lemon Simple
Lemon peel
Strawberries,
Basil
Club soda
Muddle Lemon Peel, Strawberries, Basil. Add other ingredients and shake then pour into collins glass and top with club soda.

.5 oz CCD Straight Rye
1 oz CCD Bourbon
.5 oz Campari
.25 oz Dry Vermouth
.5 oz Elderflower
1 drop Angostura Bitters
Stir and use chilled coupe

2 oz CCD Rye or Bourbon
.75 oz Carpano Vermouth
4 drops Angostura Bitters
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with cherry.

2 oz CCD Whiskey
.5 oz lemon juice
1 bar-spoon Demerara Syrup
Muddle rosemary, lemon peel and demerara syrup in tin and use rocks glass.

2 oz CCD Vodka or CCD Gin
Whiff of dry vermouth
Shake and strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with olives on a pick or a lemon twist.

1.25 oz Lime Cordial Simple Syrup
Shake and use chilled coupe garnish with lime wheel

2 oz CCD Bourbon
.5 simple syrup mint
Muddle bourbon, mint, and simple in rocks glass. Fill halfway with pebble ice and stir at least 10 seconds. Add more ice to fill glass and stir again. Garnish with mint.

Roy Rogers – Coke and Grenadine
Shirley Temple – Lemon Lime Soda and Grenadine

2 oz CCD Bourbon
1.5 oz orange juice
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz lime juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 egg white
2 drops Orange Bitters
Build in rocks glass and garnish with cherries and orange slice

2 oz CCD WooWoo Vodka
.75 oz Lychee Simple Syrup
.75 lime juice
Top with ginger beer
Build in copper mug. Garnish with mint, lime wheel and ginger candie

1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz CArpano Vermouth
Stir and use rocks glass garnish with orange peel

1.5 oz CCD Gin
1 oz Chambord
1 oz Campari
3 raspberries
Muddle raspberries in stirring glass and add ingredients and ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with raspberry.

1.5 oz CCD Gin
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz rose syrup
club soda
Measure into glass over ice, stir, and add club soda.

2 CCD Rye Whiskey
.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 drops Peychaud’s Bitters
Stir and use rocks glass. Note coat glass with Absinthe

2 oz CCD Gin
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
club soda
Shake and pour into collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with orange slice and cherry.

1.5 oz CCD Straight Rye
1 oz CCD Blackberry Moonshine
1 oz Red Wine
.5 oz lime juice
.75 oz Pineapple Orange Simple Syrup
3 drops Chocolate Bitters
Build in Swizzle glass with pebble ice

1.5 oz CCD WooWoo Vodka
Top with CCD Sexy Mary
Rime glass with Sexy Mary rimmer, use lime for help with the rimming. Add ice to Ton Collins glass. Pour Vodka and top off with bloody mary mix. Stir and garnish with lime wheel.

1.5 oz CCD Pepper infused Whiskey
.5 oz CCD MAple Whiskey
.5 oz Gran Marnier
.5 oz lemon Juice
1 bar-spoon Cinnamon Simple
2 drops Smoked Chili Bitters
Build in Swizzle glass with pebble ice

1.5 oz CCD Vodka
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz grapefruit lime simple
1 grapefruit slice
mint and basil
Club soda
Muddle grapefruit, 2 mint leaves, 3 basil leaves. Add other ingredients and shake then pour into tall glass and top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit slice.

3 oz CCD Gin
1 oz CCD Vodka
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
Measure into mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into martini glass and garnish with lemon twist.

2 CCD Rye Whiskey
1.5 oz CCD Blackberry Moonshine
2 oz red wine
.75 oz Cointreau
.5 oz lime juice
.75 pineapple orange syrup
3 dashes Xocolatl Mole bitters
Measure into tall glass and swizzle while adding pebble ice. Garnish with orange wheel.

1.75  CCD WooWoo Vodka – Seaside  or
1.75  CCD Bourbon – Bayside
1.75 Carlos Kahlua
Heavy Whipping Cream
Stir and use large rock with rocks glass. Note pur heavy whipping cream last as a topper. Don’t stir.
